We’re excited to announce that we’re adding the option of yoga to a selection of our Backroads Biking, Walking & Hiking and Multi-Adventure Trips around the world. Starting in 2019, daily guided yoga will be offered as an optional morning or afternoon activity in 14 of our destinations including Tuscany, Mallorca, Costa Rica, Maui and Santa Barbara.
Yoga sessions will be led by a Backroads Trip Leader certified in yoga*, and will complement our other active pursuits and cultural excursions – it’s fun, designed for all levels and completely optional. Yoga will be offered mostly in the morning as an enjoyable way to prepare for an active day of biking or hiking, or occasionally in the afternoon to stretch out and unwind.
