Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Customer:
    • Up to 30 Days Before Departure: If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
    • 15 to 29 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • 14 Days or Less Before Departure: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
  2. Cancellation by Travel is SWELL:
    • In the unlikely event that Travel is SWELL must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip without any additional fees.
  3. Medical Emergencies:
    • We understand that medical emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If a medical emergency prevents you from traveling, please contact us immediately. We will require documentation, and upon review, we may offer a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.

Returns Policy for Products

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Only products purchased directly from Travel is SWELL are eligible for returns. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items, such as personalized products, downloadable content, and non-refundable tickets, are not eligible for returns.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@travelisswell.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
  4. Refunds for Returned Products:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
